Mark Out Leaving A Margin For Error
Ensure You Don't Cut Or Tear The Vinyl

This should all go relatively easily, but ensure you have the template and Vinyl Flooring the right way up in relation to each other or you could end up the the vinyl backing being your bathroom floor surface and the pattern underneath (mirror image)
